What is the cause for gastric indigestion?

and stools passing little and little resulting in frequent trips to the loo . stomach feels cramped and feels something is stuck inside
Answer:
You may need to get more yogurt in your diet. Dannon for one has yogurts that use probiotics that help your digestive system.Without knowing more, some other things you can try.Drink plenty of water, and less soda. Water is used by the body to pass waste products. Caffeine is supposed to act as a dieretic, but it can also agitate the stomache and if you don't have enough water in you system can cause you dehydration.Magnesium is helpful for relaxing the stomache, as is cinnamon. Cinnamon can also help with E. coli infections and such.Something else that may be the cause, instinal worms. Worms can cause bouts of constipation and diarrhea, itching around your rectum as well as other symptoms. If you have these symptoms, it may be something else to look into.If it's an infection, you may want to try to increase your intake of juices, especially something with vitamin C. Zinc is something else that might help your immune system. You may also want to try to fast, if you drink just water or juices, and other soft foods like yogurt, it may help you clear any blockages you might have in your system.Without more information, that's the best information I can give you. If in doubt, see a doctor.
u mean farting from beans, mexican food, but mostly beans
You really need to see a doctor! These symptoms can be caused by a bad diet right up to things like Bowel cancer. There is a hell of a lot inbetween those two but you need to find out asap!!! Good luck!!
- food sensitivities- your body may not tolerate the food or the combination of the food you eat.
- insufficient gastric secretion and enzymes from the stomach and intestines, so your food can not be digested properly, leading to a lot of gas formed from the fermentation of the non digested food ( this could be one of the reason you have cramped)
- Small bowel movements could be due to insufficient fiber intake such as not eating enough vegetables. It could also come from intestinal obstruction. You may want to have a medical doctor or a naturopath or a chiroprator check if you keep having this problem.
