What kind of food should you avoid when you have gout?

Liver.
i dont know what to avoid but they have cherry extract pills at herbal places and it works wonders! you should try.
sweets, fatty, creamy not good for you, but you want LOTS of them foods...
Don't eat red meat, pork, liver, ham, sausage etc. Also, sorry but stay away from beer.
alcohol, acidic foods, chocolate
Shrimp and liver
