What is your fountain of youth?


Answer:
Lots of exercise - whenever possible, with friends - it is more enjoyable - even if it is just a brisk walk with a friendly neighbour. Must be regular, though - at least three times per week.
Also, drinking lots of water and not having too many late nights.Most important - try to enjoy life and don't take things too seriously.
A strong contender must be laughter and lots of it
