It wont come off and i don't know what it could be also my pinky is starting to burn. Do you think it's my fingers turning white or something on it?

You need to see a doctor quick. It sounds like you have some sort of vasculitis (vein inflammation) or vasoconstriction. Some of these are self-limiting i.e. Raynauds. Some are much worse i.e. Berger's disease.
