What is this sick, tight feeling?

hey,, im 24 and was diganosed with depression about 2 years ago. Im not on any medication and dont plan on going back on them. But i have noticed whenever i get up in the morning i have a horrible tighting sick sensation going on in my stomach, like really bad butterflys. I am going through some stress right now, mostly $$$. Could this be why and how can i ease the tighting, its actually starting to hurt now,
Answer:
You could have a stomach ulcer, or you could have an acidic stomach.
Try eating some saltine crackers when you wake up..or try and eat breakfast as close to the time you wake up as possible, this may ease that problem.
If it persists, go to the doctor, possibly you just need some antacids for a while or a perscription for an ulcer.
Things have a way of working themselves out, try and set aside one half hour a day just for worrying. That's all you do for that half hour, worry about your problems. Then, after that half hour is up, you must force yourself not to worry and just go about your daily business. Have fun, see a movie, hug your dog, kiss your boyfriend, eat an ice cream, read a good book..take a nap.
Life is full of things to worry about, most of it never happens the way you think it will. I am over forty years old, I learned this the hard way.

try relaxation to ease the tightness
It could be anxiety. When I get nervous or stressed out, I start to feel nauseous. Depression is no joke and I hope that you will feel better. Nothing in this world should make you feel like that and I'm very sorry that you do.
It sounds like anxiety. You haven't had any attacks from anxiety at all?
I'm sure we can all understand the stress one person can be held by once you run into money problems, and we can all sympathize how worrying it is.
I know this is easier said than done, but really do try relaxing, for the good of your health, just take a day to yourself, have a lie in in the morning, have a nice soak in the bath, do things you want to do. Try and keep your mind as far away as possible from your problems.Like I said, it's easier said than done. There's a lot of will power needed in getting away from stress and anxiety, and it's hard. So maybe speaking with someone closer to you might help also?Hope you get better soon :(
Sometimes when one gets in a stressful time you have to pull back and not try and take care of all of ones things and look at the smaller picture. Take things 1 minute to the next one day at a time till things get worked out. But when you talk about money problems that can make life hard for sure. Do you have someone to talk to about these problems a close bf or gf or parent or is you go to church someone from there?
